The location was very close to our travel destination. The rooms were very clean. The online photos represent the facility accurately. The linens were fresh and clean. While we couldn't get the TV to sync with our movie tablet, we found something to watch on their system. The air-conditioning was amazing! The breakfast was fresh and hot. It had loads of options and tasted good. The lady stocking it was constantly checking and cleaning the dining area. The evening clerk at check-in (James) provided quality advice on local area restaurants for dinner. The bathroom door to the room needs to be adjusted. (Yes, it was shared with an employee) It would not completely close, warped maybe? Needless to say, it wasn't a concern as I was with family. Friends splitting a room, it might be awkward. Thanks for the good stay. We'll be back.
This is a brand new hotel with nice and comfortable rooms, as you'd expect from a Marriott hotel. The price is very reasonable too. I will stay here again when I drive back to Colorado.
Crete doesn’t have a lot to offer in the way of hotels but in my opinion this is probably the best there. The place was clean but the room needed a little bit of love. The shower door screws were loose and the had hard water stains. Not really big issues but seem like easy fixes. Just tells me there’s a little neglect. The bed was compliant the staff was fairly friendly. If this was in a bigger town, I’d probably give less stars. Update: I stayed again and the room was much better than previous stays. The breakfast needs work for real. Keeping the stars at 4… maybe 4.1

This was the best hotel stay I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere was peaceful. Everything was beautifully cleaned. The pool temperature was excellent. The hallways are cold but it was refreshing. The showers/tub was the best part for me. The shower actually covered my whole body. I highly recommend this location in Crete, Nebraska for you next relaxing adventure.
There was no heat on when I got to my room on a bitterly cold night, and it took a long while to heat up BUT Jesse was so helpful when I checked in... I arrived late and he got me extra coffee pods for the morning, and made an extra key when I immediately locked myself out of my room while attempting to park my work car. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and I had a nice stay.
This Fairfield is a very decent stay. .... I have stayed here no less than half a dozen times over the last three years. Don't believe the critics, just belly-aching. There is a new Caseys gas station, new Scooters Coffee next door, Ford dealer and Crete General Hospital with ER next door
